Business as usual

I went to my first spinning class in over two months last night. It felt pretty good and was actually a not that bad. I thought it would be a lot harder but I guess I am still in somewhat good shape.

I am attempting a long run tomorrow morning and have signed up for a Sprint Triathlon taking place on May 19. My training is back to business as usual and I will be ready for the Vineman on July 22.
