California 70.3...yet again

I finished another half Ironman last Saturday. This is the third time that I have done this race. It is definitely getting easier. I took almost 45 minutes off of my time this go around. It was especially fun because one of my best friends did it with me...it was his first tri. He beat me. Not sure what that says about the last five years of training.

Speaking of five years, I started this blog almost five years ago. That is a crazy thought. Time sure flys. The funny thing is my goals, motivations and interests have not changed all that much over the last five years. Strange.
