Triathlon Training
I got a few runs in this past week. On Saturday I woke up early and went for a six mile run and this morning I went for a four miler. Just trying to get the knees back in shape for the longer distances. I have been going to the gym every night for strength training.
This Saturday I am attempting a sprint distance triathlon...my first event since the 1/2 Ironman. The distance isn't too long so I shouldn't have a problem with it. I am looking forward to another race...
