Well hello...

Hello...I am not dead and am not dying. That last triathlon did not do me in as many of you may have suspected. I have been traveling (Costa Rica if you must know), working, playing and finiding the time to occasionally train.

Actually, I have an Aquathon tonight. It is a 1000m swim and a 3 mile run. I think 1000m is around 40 laps which is long enough to tire me out. Should be fun if it's not too cold out there.

I will be posting more often and will update my race schedule soon.
